Why Araiza

Built on Discipline

What separates AGC construction work from the field average isn't marketing — it's the operating model below.

01 / Bi-National Capability

Texas & Mexico, One Team

Active projects on both sides of the U.S.–Mexico border. We navigate permitting, customs, labor, and supplier networks in both countries so cross-border builds don't stall at the line.

02 / Self-Performing Crews

Schedule Answerable to Us

Concrete, framing, and finishing work performed in-house rather than subcontracted out. Schedule control, cost control, and quality answerable to one team.

03 / Owner-First Comms

No Surprises at Draw Time

Weekly transparent reporting on schedule, cost, RFIs, and field issues. Owners and lenders get the same view our PMs do — no surprises at draw time.

Frequently Asked

Questions We Hear Often

Our active portfolio ranges from $500K facility upgrades to $20M-plus ground-up builds. We staff each project around its scope rather than forcing it into a standard mold.

We self-perform our structural concrete, framing, finishes, and key MEP rough-in scopes. Specialty trades — low-voltage, fire suppression, specialty roofing — are subcontracted to vetted partners under our project management.

Every change order is documented with scope, cost impact, schedule impact, and owner sign-off before work proceeds. We don't bury changes in monthly billing — they get a standalone written record.

Yes. We hold construction licensing in Mexico and routinely manage cross-border builds for U.S. owners, including all permitting, customs, and currency exposure considerations.

A 15,000–25,000 sqft commercial build runs 7–10 months on average from notice-to-proceed, depending on site conditions, permitting, and material lead times. We provide a schedule in preconstruction and update it weekly.
